Shipping and returns

What happens between placing an order and the piece arriving, and what to do if it is not right.

This page is a structural draft. The headings show what belongs here, but the policy itself has not been written — nothing on this page is a commitment to a customer.

Where we ship

Orders ship within the United States. International shipping is not offered.

Cost and speed

Not written yet

Shipping cost, any free-shipping threshold, and the carriers used.

Also needed: whether an expedited option exists, and its cost. Festival deadlines matter to this audience more than a generic delivery window.

When your order leaves

Not written yet

How many business days between an order and despatch.

If a piece includes blouse stitching, state the extra days that adds, because it changes the arrival date the customer is planning around.

Returns

Not written yet

The return window in days, measured from delivery, and the condition a piece must be in.

State plainly whether unstitched and stitched pieces are treated differently, and who pays return postage.

Refunds and exchanges

Not written yet

How a refund is issued, how long it takes, and whether exchanges are offered.

Exchange is a hard promise on one-of-one stock: if a piece is unique, there is nothing identical to exchange it for. Decide this before publishing.

A note on one-of-one pieces

Almost everything here is woven once. When a piece sells it is gone rather than reordered, so a returned piece goes back into the shop rather than being replaced with another of the same.
